I had a stain that I was concerned about with my last service and rated Zerorez with an 8. Someone called me back and asked if a technician could retreat the stain and now it is completely gone. The reasonable prices (good promotional offers) and very friendly staff and technicians. We heard your ad a few years ago on WOKV and we use no other service. The carpets come out very clean and seem like they stay clean. We have had this carpet for almost ten years and the house has been rented out for 4 years and the carpets are still in great shape.
