The service man (Seth) was very polite and knowledgeable. He did and terrific job and was very careful with my household furnishings, as well.
The guys do a great job, they are always friendly and professional. The stains and dirt are truly gone. It's not like other carpet cleaners where after a couple weeks all the stains come back.

My carpet has not looked this good in a very long time. Dry time was not bad and Patrick did a great job removing some stains. He was very personable and professional.

The technician was prompt, extremely courteous and seemed genuinely interested that I was comely pleased with his service.
Move furniture or advise us to move furniture. The tech did not move or put furntire on blocks. He went around the furniture, never under it.

I was not present at the time of the cleaning. I was told it would dry in a few hours but my staff said it was wet/damp for about 5. they also said the "fumes" were very strong and they couldn't work the rest of the day. However, the carpets look great! I love the concept and am hoping the "fumes" were the scent of the essential oils that were used as a pre-treatment (like I was told would be used). If it's only treated with the ionzied water, there shouldn't have been any chemicals used or smelled. Overall, happy client. Just won't know what to tell others I refer about the immediate post treatment.
