I liked the honesty of my technician and loved the fact that he called prior to arrival
I like the fact that it is said to be "0" residue left behind on the carpets to attract dirt; I also like the type of protectorant Zerorez uses.
This is the second time I've used them and I'm very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the drivers but more importantly they job the do. I've used other cleaners in the past, (even one seen on tv) and wasn't really satisfied. The carpets although looked clean, they didn't stay that way for long. Even worse was how long it took for the carpets to dry.
When zerorez cleans the carpets, they are dry in less than four hours, they are clean and stay that way for quite a while. As a bonus, your house smells like citrus when they leave.
Very friendly and efficient technician. Quality of service. We have used Zerorez for several years now and would never go back to the others.

You do a very thorough job cleaning. Carpet actually looks, and smells clean.
Was not totally impressed with how the tile turned out or the carpets - can still see marks on the rugs - they look the same, and their is a film on top of the tile. Very expensive and not worth it in my opinion
