Great job on the carpets...and the technician was terrific.
Your professionalism, the smell, my carpets look brand new, I see no stains. I love that I left a voice mail and sent an email to see if someone could be at my house earlier on Monday morning as my husband had an unexpected meeting come up and I was afraid of not getting a response because it was so early before Zeorez opened, however, I did get a response and someone was at my house earlier than the scheduled time and finished the job so my husband could make it to his appointment. I will highly recommend Zerorez to everyone! Thank you for making my carpet look new again!

Love that you are not depositing more soap in my crummy carpet. Also, I loved my technician. He did not pester me to sign up for $100s of dollars of non-essential extras. I did a $59.95 for 3 rooms before and it cost me $239.00 overall. Hmmm. He was incredibly nice as well. I have recommended y'all to about 6 different families just this past week. Thank you for your service and such an honest business model.
The smell gave my entire house a clean fresh smell. The carpet looks great, and the young man who cleaned it was professional yet friendly. He explained everything he did, cleaned up after himself and did a great job.

I got a fair price for the service. The service guy appears to be professional. I would like to see more attention to the details in your next service. I could see marks on my light carpet after it is dry and the front side of the arm of the chair that was cleaned is still dirty. I will need to request another service soon as we had an incidental spill at home recently. I hope some of the left-over issues could be corrected. Thank you!

To be honest...I don't know. We had Zerorez to our house twice in about a month period. We have 2 dogs. One was being housebroken and the other had a bladder stone. We had Zerorez come back a second time. What happened was...weird. The carpet looked great, for about 24 hours. We started noticing stains that were not there before, in particular a line that made a corner in the middle of a traffic area. I don't know if the water used was bringing up deep down dirt or what, but the carpet looked the worse it had ever been after this last treatment.

In the past five years I have used four different carpet cleaning companies and they have all failed the test. Problems range from enormous amounts of white powder residue left behind, to hard carpet fibers, to a mediocre job of cleaning, not to mention the cost. Needless to say I will never use any of those companies again. I have not vacuumed after your cleaning but I have not experienced any of the before mentioned problems. You get two thumbs up and high reccomendations to my friends and neighbors. Thanks for a job well done.
