Professionalism of personnel. I honestly didn't think my carpets wold come clean. I knew I would see some improvement, but it was much better than expected.
I will use Zerorez for all future carpet cleaning.
I did get an extimate for my tile and grout, but it was a bit expensive.

My carpet is older and had pet stains. I freely acknowledge that I was skeptical about the stains coming out...they are fainter, but still there. I wish I had tried Zerorez sooner. I would recommend the process to anyone whose carpet is not already ruined to prevent that from happening

Carpets looked fantastic after cleaning, weren't overly wet and dried in about 5 hours.
I was not there when the tech cleaned my carpets, but I sure knew he was there. Not only were the carpets looking so much better, but there was a clean smell to the entire house. We had just got done with breeding our mini-schnauzer (4 pups). You can imagine the messes and smells from having 5 dogs in your house...and only one housebroken.
My wife was very impressed as well. Thank you again.

I am very happy with the carpet cleaning, it looks great. I had the tile floor done in my kitchen which I am not as happy about. It is cleaner, but it did not clean up very well which may have something to do with the age of the tile, I don't know.
The person was courteous and did his job efficientlt. The carpets dried quickly and still look great over a week later.

I like that there is not a lot of water left in my carpets and that the technician focuses on the soiled areas to get them clean.
After I had issues with my initial service, Zerorez promptly responded and corrected the issues.

Get carpet clean. usually can get a quick appointment. intelligent, reliable employees. Can get call back if required. Reasonable pricing (at least with specials i.e $99 for 3 rooms.)
