Great service, friendly staff, clean smell, carpet stays cleaner longer. I have only used this company while in this house to keep the carpets looking good.
The last time the carpet in the family room was especially dirty due to new dogs. While the stains first disappeared, I did notice that some shadow stains appeared again. This had never happened before. Can I do anything about these stains?

My appt for an estimate was at 9:00 am and due to scheduling conflict, I wasn't notified until after 10:20, that they wouldn't be here until 11:00. Then within minutes I was called back and told the tech wouldn't be here until 12:00. This is not a good way to set a standard.
