the cleanlyness of it
My carpet looks great but stinks in a different way than it did before the dirt loosening, the wash, the pet treatment, and the "Scotch-guard." The smell permeates the house and I have written you about it with no response. Perhaps you are closed on Saturdays. Good service
I like that there are not a lot of chemical smells. I have multiple allergies and enjoy my carpet cleaned with water. I prefer not to have that final treatment on my carpet and the associates always comply with my wishes.
Technician did a great job, offered another service while he was here.

Professional and quality service
Our carpets feels so clean and soft and smell so good does not have an artificial chemical smell at all. The technician was very courteous and professional. We had a very hard to remove candle wax stain in the middle of our carpet and he was able to remove it. We were very pleased.

The carpet cleaning was completed at 2:30 pm Saturday afternoon. I was informed that the carpets would be dry within about eight to ten hours. I have had the overhead fans ON in both the Den and the Master Bedroom since then. Today, Monday, at 10:00 pm, the carpets are still damp. This is 55 hours after completion of the job. We will be sleeping in another location in our home tonight. Hopefully, they will be completely dry soon. Name removed
