Colby was very polite and spent a lot of time on my carpet getting it clean. I have used many high-end carpet companies spending twice as much and feel your job was better.

We have been searching for years to find a service that did the job right. Even the dogs could lick a spot cleaner than other services we have tried. And each time I vowed I would not use that service again.
This time, however, I was very much surprised and pleased! The rug looks almost as clean as new, including the travel paths. No streaks, furniture foot protectors, and less drying time. And a bonus of a less-than-quoted price. For the first time in many years, I will use a service again and again in the future -- and will recommend Zerorez to friends and family.

The last time my carpet was cleaned by you 6 months ago the man did a better job. This
time it only took him 15 minutes. I could understand that maybe some of the dog spots
would not come clean. My dog had been sick a few weeks prior. I did the best I could
to clean it. However, there were just dirty spots that could have come up. My last time
was much better and a better job was done. I don't believe you can do a good job in
