Your product and service was great, but we were told our carpet would be dry in four to six hours. It took three days.

This was the third time that we have had your company come out to clean our carpet and we are always very pleased. This is my second time using zero res. The first time I was happy and rated as a 9 despite the accidental damage to my wall. However, this time, I was disappointed with the service, having paid $99 to clean one chair-- and the chair is not fully clean. At $100/hour I would expect higher quality. The chair is not stained, it's just dirt, which should come out. The appointment maker also said the chair would be treated against future stains, but that was not done...perhaps because the chair was still wet. 30 hours later, the chair is still wet. I also was unable to use my $25 voucher from my last visit because of the minimum charge (but since you were here less than a month ago and cleaned everything in my house, I had no other services that I needed).

My carpet and tile are unbelievably clean. The technician, I'm sorry I don't remember his name, but you need to definitely give him a raise. He explained everything he was going to do in detail and, although I didn't understand all of it, I was very impressed with his knowledge of his products. He was polite, professional, quick, and very knowledgeable. He is an asset to your company.
