How clean the carpet gets and the effort of your people to make sure the carpet gets as clean as possible. I always get more than promised.

The young man who cleaned my carpet was very friendly, was easy to talk to and did an excellent job. I was told it would take 4 to 5 hours to dry, but I stayed off it till next morning and put furniture back. I'm very pleased with the work he did. It was the same the last two times you people did my rooms.

I could not believe how clean they got the carpet. It is 12 years old and looks brand new. They got out pet, food and drink stains and it smells fresh. Even now when I walk into the room I have to stand there and look at it in wonder! I will definitely be using them again for our tile and other rooms.

The associates who came out to our house did a great job in a short amount of time.
I love that all products used are natural and gentle on my senses. I was also highly impressed at how easily stains were removed. The staff was extremely pleasant and professional. Overall, the entire experience was efficient and excellent!
We had the grout cleaned and sealed and they look almost new again. Realizing that can never return to opening day your products seems to work extremely well.
