I've always been satified with Zerorez. The men that come out are very friendly and courteous. Willing to accommodate whatever you need done.
AFter you clean, the smell is wonderful. I love the "orange" smell. Your service tech was the best and took extra time, I felt, to get my sofa the cleanest it has been since new. I can't say enough about the service and the cleaning results. I never call or consider any other cleaning service....really.

My carpet looked brand new when it was finished. The fibers were soft, no residue, no spots. Brian the technician was extremely professional and well informed.
Great cleaning! Drys fast! Able to get an appt quickly and rep was professional. My only disappointment is the price is always higher than what they quote over phone? I would definitely recommend though.

However we did have a spot that came up on Sunday morning (carpet cleaned on Saturday afternoon) that was not there prior to the cleaning. I used a remover on it and the spot was removed. I will contact you should it surface again.
Quick and clean
Appreciate that Zerorez uses no chemicals other than natural. The carpet was cleaned to our satisfaction and all large dirt areas were cleaned. The carpets dried in a reasonable amount of time (somewhat longer than the technician stated (6 hours) but was dry by morning). Previous company we used gave a time frame of about the same but it took days to dry.
