After two multi-step cleanings back to back, my carpet still has very strong pet odor. It is almost as bad as before cleaning, in spite of several chemicals for the problem. The carpet is less than a year old and should be easier to clean. I do wash my dogs, but the smell remains after carpet cleanings. It was already cleaned 6-months ago with another company. I was expecting better results from using the Zerorez process, but I see little difference after service. It still stinks like dog (not waste).

My tile looks AMAZING!!! (however, there was some residue left on my vinyl flooring) I am still tring to get it off after a week.....I would still use your company, just saying' (no residue??)

i love the clean smell and no chemicals
the last two times I had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez the job was fantastic and dried in 2 hours. This time my carpets do not look clean, they smell and took 6+ hours to dry. I am very disappointed.
The process left everything clean and the service was on time and professional
