Your tile cleaning was not by any means up to my expectations based on Belinda Skelton's radio advertisement on WOKV. I did not feel it was worth my $181, and I could do a better job myself. I loved the young man who did the work, but I work hard for my money and I honestly believe cleaning the grout myself turns out better. I called you to save time as I have my own steam cleaner, but I did not want to lug it over to the rental unit. The carpet was cleaning was good.

I am not as happy with this cleaning as I have been in the past. In one area, where the desk chair sits, it was still looked a bit dirty. The technician told us it was because of the age of the carpet and it is where the chair is placed. A few days after the carpets were cleaned, my husband put some of the Zerorez cleaner that we had bought in the past on a rag and wiped down the area. It did reveal that all the dirt was not removed! We have also noticed spots remaining on some bedroom carpets. Lastly, in some rooms the area of the carpet where it meets the walls are not very clean.
i did not see a difference between this process and other carpet cleaners. the tech was great and he spent a great deal of time on the job, but the equipment didn't clean as well as i'd hoped. he removed all visible dirt, but when i ran a white towel over the carpet it came up filthy. probably just the nature of the beast, but i'll try a different process next time.

I love how clean my carpets look and smell when they have been cleaned. I also like how they don't feel crunchy, like try do with other companies I have used in the past. Both men that have come here were very professional and courteous.
