Employees are extremely professional and courteous. They are on time, do a great job and clean up before they leave.
Overall excellent results- their were several small spots in the carpet and the grout that once dry were still soiled . There were also a few areas of grout that were blown out in the kitchen that I will need to repair. Overall, I was very pleased with Seth's hard work.

Derek, the gentleman that cleaned my carpets, that were absolutley awful. He saved my Thanksgiving. I have 5 dogs. Need I say more. He was also professional and calming in a stressful time.

Your people are friendly and helpful, they clean up after themselves, and they do a great job...and if there is ever any little problem, they cheerfully come back and fix it!
I liked the fact that there was no residue
I felt like the young man kept watching the clock. I had to point out several spots that were missed and then once he left I noticed in the 2nd room he didn't get the spot I had showed him that needed to be gone over again. When I did tell him about spots that I didn't think he had gotten to, he blamed it on daily traffic and that he can't make the carpet new. I know about traffic areas and the area did look better after it was gone over again, but I had to argue the point. Also the carpet was very wet when he left, to the point I used my steam cleaner to suck up more water. He just needed to take more time after the wash sucking up the water.

Best cleaning yet! I have used zero Rez several times but your technician was particularly thorough, knowledgable, friendly, and considerate during this visit. I would recommend your company to anyone who has aging carpets and pets. Thank you!
