cleaned a very dirty carpet.....stayed wet a little longer than I liked...but the tec was very nice and professional

I have used Zerorez for all my carpet cleaning needs since they arrived in Jacksonville what seems almost 10 years ago. I initially contacted them based on a radio ad I heard. The first cleaning they did for me was on a commercial/rental residence and I had struggled to find a top shelf carpet cleaner that could handle such conditions. They took care of it and I was spared the expense of replacing the carpet and it stayed clean much longer than traditional methods. Their equipment is top shelf and so are the folks who do the work, which is why they are my first and only call.

The service is top quality, the techs are curtious and efficient. Work is completed in reasonable time, and as your name suggests their is nothing left behind.

I was advised by Ben, the technician , that the carpet would not look new. It looked as good as new and all stains were removed. I took a chance with cleaning as opposed to buying new and so glad I did. I could not be more satisfied.

I liked the personal attention I got from the young man who cleaned our carpet and tile, Steve. He listened to us and was extremely thorough. I also like the fact that it is all natural.

ON TIME, VERY GOOD TECH. CARPET IS CLEAN, SPOTS DO NOT COME BACK.

I was so pleased that they came back to do the carpet without any trouble when I told them I was not happy with a couple of areas. The service man called before he came as requested which was really great because I could run some errands and did not have to sit home for four hours.

Awesome - as usual!

Tried the tile and grout cleaning... oh yeah!! For once I didn't have to scrub for an hour on slippery tiles. Not to mention that the floor looked like it new, something I've never been able to accomplish.

Steve was our tech this time and he was outstanding. We had to use another company last time due a warranty issue and there was no comparison. We will use Zerorez from now on. The carpet looks great too. We will have them do the other half of our house next month

It works and smells great!

Your service representative was extremely nice and careful, plus the carpets are very clean and fresh. One problem was the citrus odor, which was too strong for me. Next time I will ask for fragrance free products.
