What do you like about our products and services?

The technicians are prompt, knowledgeable and professional. Carpets come out beautifully, soft on bare feet. Using Zerorez has greatly improved the life of our carpet: our ten year old carpet looks and feels like new.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Dave Gross, the owner, wants David to do our office carpets for the same price as the last three times. David used to come out and do the estimates, and Dave Gross would like to hear from him again. Previously the carpets were done for $100-150, but Dave Gross said he wasn't sure if he has received a quote from you guys after the guy came out to take measurements. The technician was prompt and courteous. He arrived about 15 minutes ahead of our scheduled window, but we were ready and appreciated him being on time. He explained the Zerorez rug cleaning process, including the application of a product that would keep our carpets cleaner for a extended period of time. He was not pushy in trying to sell us something we did not want. He told us it would take 45 minutes to 1 hour and he was ready to leave within that time.
I would appreciate a business card or a flyer that I could save so I could recommend you to friends and neighbors.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Not all of the carpet was cleaned. Some stains were not removed . I had to remove the stain on the stairs
