My appt for an estimate was at 9:00 am and due to scheduling conflict, I wasn't notified until after 10:20, that they wouldn't be here until 11:00. Then within minutes I was called back and told the tech wouldn't be here until 12:00. This is not a good way to set a standard.
The carpet looks very fresh and smells fresh. Ben was very polite and explained the process especially with stain problems.

Seth arrived right on schedule and did a beautiful job with our carpets and upholstery. He was very knowledgeable about fabric content, as this was the first time I had the sofas cleaned. The only thing I was confident about was not to do it myself! We will definitely call Zeroez in the future. It's great to know we can count on your company to be both time and cost efficient.
