Seth, your service rep was professional, personable and polite. Our sectional is clean and bright...you could see the results as Seth was extracting the citrus solution. No chemicals and the citrus smelled fresh. Seth was thorough in cleaning our ductwork....hoping for less dust!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The young man was very nice and efficient, but my main traffic area still looks dirty. The technician said it was a breakdown in the fibers, but the carpet is only a year and a half old. Maybe the special water alone was not enough to truly clean it. I was thinking of calling a traditional cleaner that uses soap to see if they can brighten up that area, I was disappointed the Zerorez method didn't.
