Everything about my experience with zerorez was great! It was easy to set an appointment, my technician called me prior to coming out, he came early with my approval, he told me about additional specials, he was courteous, well dressed and very professional. Joel did a great job and got out a big stain in one of my carpets which will keep me from having to replace it. I will definitely call zerorez again and highly recommend them! Thank you!!

The tech's did a good job cleaning the tile and grout, but they were messy. They left the wood floors adjacent to the tile floors dirty. They were covered with cleaning solution and sealer left over from the cleaning process. The Zerorez van also leaked oil and transmission fluid on my paver driveway, which will have to be cleaned commercially. This was upsetting to me because I asked the tech about this prior to the commencement of work when they exited the van. The techs need to be more respectful of customers property and clean up after themselves. They made a mess, but they did a good job on the tile floors and grout.

I was very unhappy with the results of my carpet cleaning. The technician
was great but the cleaning did not accomplish much at all, it actually made
my carpet look worse. I can see where the chemical was sprayed and where
that is actually got clean but it is only in very small streaks where it
was applied to my carpet. Now there are "clean" streaks and spots where the
cleaning agent was applied and that's all. So it is obvious that it does
work but needs to be applied more thoroughly and completely to the entire
area. I have attached pictures of the streaks that were not there prior to
this cleaning so that it cannot be said that the cleaning agent you use is unable to clean severely worn carpet like mine.
