I had upholstered chairs cleaned and now that have what appears to be a gray shadow on them as if they were wet. Service was great and technician polite and professional. Just need to get the chair issue resolved before I recommend furniture cleaning. Also have had the tile cleaned and sealed and carpet cleaned. No problem with those services.

I had the tile & grout in my kitchen & 3 bathrooms cleaned and that was okay. Then I had the kitchen floor sealed. Later that evening I noticed the kitchen floor had a quite a few dry smeary spots & that whenever we walked on it, it left footprints all over. Also, the laminate floor in the dining area outside the kitchen and going toward the front door had the same dry, smeary spots (apparently from the technician's equipment and walking through). It took two washings with hot water of both the kitchen tile and the laminate floor to make it right. After spending $293, I was very disappointed to have do so much follow-up. I had used Zerorez a number of times in the past for carpet cleaning, but it has been quite a few years. At the time, I was under the impression it was a family owned business and I was always pleased with the results and particularly the customer service. It appears now to be a large, national company and quite "impersonal" especially when you call to report dissatisfaction. It is unlikely I will call again.

I like that our carpet came out so clean! And it was not soaking wet. We were able to walk on it in a manageable time. Since the cleaning we have had a spill that came right up! I highly recommend Zerorez to all my friends!
Came on time and communicated by phone they were on the way. Clean and neat in appearance and very professional. Answered my questions about various stains and feasibility of them disappearing. Left my home cleaner than when they came!

There was a weird residue left on my carpet. Every time we walked on the carpet, we could feel it on our feet and it left a film on my hard wood floor. I guess I thought Zeroez stood for no residue. The guy that did it was very nice. But I would not recommend to anyone and would never use you again because of the weird stuff left behind.
The tech, Ben, was pleasant and did a great job. He arrived on time, kept us apprised of his progress and left us with a clean carpet an sofa.
