The salesman repeatedly told me he was going to do his best to get my tile clean, but it might not get totally clean. It was like he was trying to set my expectations to be lower so I wouldn't be disappointed. He pushed sealant on me after I had told him no twice. He kept stopping to talk to me about things while interrupting me with a guest I had over. He also told me he didn't know if he could get my shower clean, which he didn't. I still had places of black mildew which I then had to clean. I don't know if he even did the walls of my shower because there was still a film of soap scum towards the bottom of the walls. He also left the floors so wet that there was a puddle in my bathroom and my carpet was damp where the tile ended and transitioned to carpet. I don't know how long the job should've taken, but when I had y'all out a couple years ago it seemed like he was here a couple hours. This guy was in and out in an hour, and that wasn't spent cleaning the entire time either. There was a 10 minute conversation about him not getting a signal in my home and I told him he may have to go outside because we don't get good signals in here. He then proceeded to ask for my wifi password which I told him I didn't think I knew it. More talking by him and then another request for me to get the password so he could use our wifi to confirm our email address which I had already told him I knew you had because I had received emails from you. All in all, I was very disappointed this time with the quality of service and professionalism of your associate. He did let me know that I would get a survey and he would like all 9 & 10's so he could keep his job (or something to that effect). I have had many companies say they will be doing a survey and they hope they exceeded my expectations, but the way he worded it was very odd....as if my giving a bad rating would jeopardize his job. I didn't know if it was supposed to be a guilt trip or what. I'm sure he was trying to be professional, but I think he needs to polish the rough edges off and maybe have some more training on his social skills.

Everthing comes so clean!

To begin, my house smell like citrus and I loved it. I also see a major difference in my clean rug. Lastly, Garret was my technician, he did not rush thru his job unlike other companies I have used in the past. This was my first experience with Zerorez and I will definitely recommend and hire you for my next cleaning.

Ian was great - he didn't get out all the old stains but he did get the majority. Claim to fame is the Drying time - my carpets were mostly dry within a few hours. That is a huge bonus!!

Quality service and very prompt

Done in a timely manner. Cleaner has strong smell at first but subsides and smell is acceptable . Tile cleaning was awesome with great results on some tile over 10 years old. Glad I had it done. Carpet---- don't have pets or kids so did an awesome job on rooms not used too much. Master bedroom was not as good as I thought it should have been and may call for repeat cleaning on master. Hope it can come cleaner. All in all--- tile was an awesome job but disappointed in result in high traffic in Master bedroom.

I like how you arrived right on time and the technician was very professional and courteous. He walked through my home with me before he started so I could show him the problem areas. He did a thorough job and didn't take too long. I didn't hear any banging of equipment on the furniture or walls like I have with other companies. The technician was very sure to warn me of the risk of slipping while the carpet was wet. He recommended fabric protector but didn't do a hard sell of it or any other add on services which I appreciated. After he left I would have never have known he was there besides having sparking clean carpet. Thanks so much. David was awesome.

Tech Joey was very helpful and got rid of the worst pet stains I have ever seens. He then to a carpet fan to help dry the pad so the stain would not reappear later.

Great job, great service. We moved into a new place but the previous owners had pets. My wife and I are alergic but loved the place. Called Zerorez and we went from not being able to be there more than 30 minutes without sneezing all the time to living their happily.

My wife was there during the cleaning and she said that they did a great job of explaining everything. I wish I knew the technicians name so I could recommend him personally and drop his name in this review, but I don't.

We are both very pleased with Zerorez, and we'll go to them if we need any work done in the future.
