Not using additives that will leave residue in the carpet was the selling point for me. Advertising on WOKV was a reminder to me that it was time for professionals to clean them. I had used you before about eight years ago. At that time, I stopped the technician and got a camera. Just like in ads, the first swath was a much lighter color than the surrounding carpet. Just had to get a photo of that!

Your process doesn't get water on the legs of furniture. Carpets dry faster than with other companies' processes.

Your personnel, like David, are prompt, courteous and totally professional. We know that our carpets, wood floors and tile will be thoroughly cleaned with "zero" chemical smell or residue. Carpets are usually dry within 5 hours, and the results are always fantastic. We recommend you folks all the time...and why not? I was told that your service would neutralize pet oders. When i went into the condo yesterday it smelled as bad as the before. The carpet looks clean but the smell is awful. After spending 186.00 i expected better
