Extremely professional and knowledgable staff. The carpets and tiles looked brand new after the services were provided and the whole house smelled clean and fresh.
Cleaning was OK. But he expected to "top off his water tank" with out water and we didnot appreciate that since water and sewer is expensive. We paid $210 for the job and felt that was enough.

I had my carpets cleaned when I bought the house from another carpet cleaning company. I assumed I would just have to replace them at a later date due to the stains and overall poor condition of the carpets after their service. I wish I had known about Zerorez at that time. I can't get over how great the carpets look and can't recommend them enough. They are the only carpet cleaning company I plan on using going forward.
The technicians are always prompt and very knowledgeable. Chris was especially helpful.

Prompt, low odor
The young man who cleaned my carpet was very friendly, was easy to talk to and did an excellent job. I was told it would take 4 to 5 hours to dry, but I stayed off it till next morning and put furniture back. I'm very pleased with the work he did. It was the same the last two times you people did my rooms.

The completely professional and efficient service Zerorez provides continues to motivate me to call them. The professional called me when he was running a little late, and promptly arrived when he said he would. He was courteous and extremely hard-working, and quickly completed the job. Upon inspecting, I noticed a small spot he had missed, and he thanked me for noticing, as he corrected the issue. I would highly recommend this company. I have used Zerorez multiple times and will continue to do so.
