Comes out nice and soft and the smell
Professional carpet cleaning performed by quality people. I actually believe my carpets are clean enough for my grand children to play on. Carpets look & feel great.
On-time service, even if they are delayed (rare), they call me to coordinate.

We selected Zerorez after hearing about it on the Sean Hannity show on WOKV. We main reason for choosing Zerorez was the fact that there is no residue left after the cleaning is completed. The man who cleaned our carpet was neat, clean, and did an outstanding job.

The technician was very professional and customer friendly. The carpets were left looking very nice. The only problem I have is that after he left I found that he had not removed movable chairs and cleaned under them. Stanley Steamer does that and then puts small blocks or pieces of plastic under movable furniture.
