I like the fact they use no detergent clean the carpets. Their techs are always friendly, explains the details and do a thorough job. They also wear shoe protectors, set-up corner protectors for the walls and are friendly to my pets. Always a good job.

David and Chris came out and cleaned our entryway and kitchen floor, and it looks really clean compared to how it did look. They were very professional, and nice. Another David came out last Friday and did a great job on our carpet. He was very nice also. I will definitely use them again.

Loved the outcome of my area rugs, however when we placed the order we also wanted a Leather Chair done and possible coach, but the Tec did not have the equipment to even to that when he came. If we want that done now we would need to reschedule.

Well, after the staircase and rugs in several rooms were completed, it took me several days before I noticed steam stains on the staircase wall. I will need to get the entire wall repainted, which, naturally I did not plan on. I doubt that you can do anything about it.

That there are no harsh chemical used

For a company that offers ZERO residue to be left carpet was crunchy and house smelled sour along with a stain came back and on radio station if you mention you herd it on there you get four rooms for the price of three that was no offered to me either

Austin, our service tech, did an excellent job. He was clean, efficient and thorough. We have used your company over several years with good success.

My wife and I were surprised when Austin found it necessary to use our residential water to fill the tank on his truck throughout the entire cleaning process. He stated that the person using the truck previously did not fill the reservoir the previous night. It has been our belief that your company provided its own water. A substantial amount of our water was used to fill your company truck. I would have thought that some consideration to a discount on the cleaning would have been appropriate but none was offered. The first guy left streaks in the master bedroom carpet. It was as if you mowed your lawn and could see exactly where the mower went. A 2nd technician returned to Re-do the area and asked me to inspect. I didn't look at it figuring it would be wet and once dried, the lines would be gone. Unfortunately, they are not. We have used Zerorez in the past for our own home and rental properties. We are just not happy with the results this time.
