The personnel are very friendly and helpful? They come on time and return calls promptly. They also do a very good job cleaning the carpets.

I had to call back 2 days layer because of no call back. When I did call back, representative wasn't really interested in providing service do I didn't schedule any service. A month later I called and received a call back immediately. However,I don't think the protector was applied to my sofa or the discount. Still waiting for a confirmation.
