Requested furniture and two small area rugs cleaned. Could not see absolutely any difference in either one. The gentleman that came to the house was pleasant and professional, but the cleaning was VERY POOR!!!

Ben was very professional and explained the process thoroughly. However the supervisor who came by was not as professional. When you enter someone's home, you need to introduce yourself to the customer. We liked Ben, but we can not say the same for the supervisor.

The process was very fast and my carpet and sofa look very clean. Spencer was my technician and he was professional and helpful in explaining the process.
professional, done right the first time and in a timely fashion, the stains do come out of the carpet no matter how long they have been on the floor. grout of the tile comes clean and bright. after treatment the carpets don't feel wet and don't require a fan to dry.
I think they took care of the problem the second timr, but my tenant said the carpet guy was not very professional when he talked with her and at first she was afraid to hav ed him in her house. I told her I thought it would be ok and she said he did a good job but mayb ed a little more professional manner with everyone.
