Results good perhaps not great

Go back to using your old cleaning solution. The new stuff had a musty chemical odor. One family member had an allergic reaction with swollen eyes from the smell. Have used your company many times in the past and never had a problem. The technician said you had changed solutions and thus the different smell. On a positive note, the technician was extremely diligent and did a great job cleaning the carpet..

No soapy residue left of carpets. Dry time is fast. Love that you clean ductwork and tile grout. All around great service from all that i have had done. I have had ductwork cleaned and treated for mold and bacteria as well as the carpets cleaned at my sons home that he bought. Had the carpets cleaned and my daughters house when she moved in... She subsequently had her carpets and tile cleaned. I also had a friends house carpet cleaned. Your associates have been been professional and great to work with.

In the past it was wonderful. But apparently when I had the carpets cleaned it appears to have also taken the protectant from the carpet. I have been cleaning them on a regular trying to keep them clean but it was a lost cause. This time the same gentleman came to clean the carpets and told me they may or may not come clean that the protectant may have been removed last time. That is what made them easier to clean last time. It took getting a second rinse to clear the film that was contributed to the animal treatment and the carpet stains two 1/2 days from work lost. But at least I can get through the holidays.
Not sure I knew about the protectant last time either I had just moved in. Thank you hope the holidays are wonderful.
