I like the fact that the product does not leave a soapy residue, and I feel like the technician is always very thorough and does a good job.

Everything went great!! Technician Corey Leader called ahead,presented himself in a professional manner and did an outstanding job!! I felt so comfortable with him that I took my dog for a walk while he was working. And that means a lot as far as trusting a total stranger in your home. Would recommend and use Corey and Zerorez again
There is truly no residue left on my carpets, all stains were removed, they look almost brand new.
