Thanks for asking. I had given my husbands cell for contact before arrival - I was called and was out of town. I called my husband. Minor thing, but wonder what happened with the info I shared.

One other suggestion - 2 different answers from staff regarding potential 2nd cleaning to address lingering pet urine smell in carpet. Perhaps this is a "specialty" request and only some know the protocol for servicing. I did understand the initial cleaning may not "fix" my problem. Appreciate the follow up conversation about a second cleaning not being successful. Didn't spend extra money.

The Service Representative Mitchell was excellent. He took the time to explain things to me and worked very hard to ensure that I was completely satisfied. My carpets looked and smelled great. I have already shared my experience with others and will continue to refer people to zerorez!

Do not send out a feedback form and reminder prior to when the service was completed. In addition, each Email that was sent repeated all the information when only a date was needed. Attention to detail implies quality. Unfortunately, your auto-response system contradicts the "quality" your company states is its goal resulting in lowering my expectations of which you met.

Employees are courteous, clean and professional. They have always done a great job.
