The first time my carpet was cleaned the guy did awesome job but he got another job and another tech came out and he was good but just not as good as the first. I even got a redo but I wasn't completely satisfied like the first time.

Our carpets were very pet stained, and we were not very optimistic about how they would turn out. We are extremely pleased and Robert, our technician, went above and beyond to do the very best he could. They look so much better than we thought they ever could.

Your personnel were very considerate of my home and me. Everything looks great/clean and no sticky residue (which was the case when using other companies) when I ran the vacuum over the carpets. The thoroughness and service
The carpet looks good. The couch, however, is still not clean. You sent someone out a second time and the tech told me that sometime cotton doesn't clean as well. This should have been told to me the first time and before I paid $200.00. I am not happy about this.
