It was extremely easy to set up the appointment. The techs were very professional and explained every step. 100% will use again.
Even though my floor does look better, there are spots that still do not look clean enough. This creates a patchy looking floor. I do think the price was high even though I had a 20 percent discount.
The young man that came out to our home didn’t even try to clean our carpets. Not sure if he used anything more than water and hardly sprayed any of it as the carpets were dry in two hours. Still see the dirty and he did show me he could have cleaned them much more. I have been in the plumbing trade over 40 years and have seen way worse carpet come clean. Very fast response, as he told us he had just finished a very very large commercial job and then he received ours. This was the absolute waste of our money, not that I want my money back. It was a very inexpensive job that they quoted. We did receive our discount that the lady on the phone spoke off.
Not a company I would recommend to someone I didn’t like. Carpet is still showing where the furniture pressed it flat. I know to wet carpet to get rid of the flat spots.
It’s a shame too, I really like the young man and I gave him $20.
If the price is too good to be true… it is!
Easy to schedule carpet cleaning and good technicians.
I had to go over and clean the high traffic areas and remove some stains that I paid Zerorez to do. Overall the results of the carpet clean were very unsatisfactory. I know the stains and high traffic areas were something that Zerorez could do because I have used you in the past. I removed them by hand myself so I feel like my 300 dollars was wasted. The high traffic areas were went over once and didn’t look any different the next day when the carpet had dried. Again, I had do go over those areas and make them presentable. Im am not a professional carpet cleaner and I did the work I paid your company to do. The young lady that was cleaning the carpet was very pleasant and inquired about what I expected but did not deliver any of the results I expected. Again, I have used your services several times and understand what is realistic expectations of results for hiring a carpet cleaner. Really feel like my money was wasted. I should have rented a carpet cleaner from a grocery store and completed the carpet clean myself. This experience has me questioning if i will ever use your service again.

I used to use this service all the time but the last few visits haven’t gotten the stains out of the carpet. Not sure if it is the technicians or different chemicals but for the price, disappointing.

The tech who came out to clean our couch did a phenomenal job. He was polite, efficient, and thorough. He worked very hard to make sure our couch was cleaned from top to bottom and really solved the issue we were having with it. I'm very grateful to him for his hard work.
One word sums it up, WOW!! Two outstanding Zerorez employees came out to clean our HVAC ducts, first time in 22 years… results from before to after were absolutely amazing. I feel much better knowing all of that buildup is gone! They also cleaned a ton of lint from our dryer duct, surprised at that because we clean after every load!
Absolutely recommend Zerorez, 100% perfect customer service, courtesy, professionalism, punctuality, very clean, etc. And their process is fascinating to watch, interesting technology.
