Love Zerorez. Our team arrived on time and went right to work. They were in and out in 2 hours. They were very professional and our carpet looks great.

Great customer service. Explained everything, did not try to oversell anything or otyher products. He walked the job with me after he was complete and showed me where there were a few areas that he could not get up all the way and advised why. 8 year old carpet looks very good after zerorez rep worked on it. would use again in a heartbeat.

Good Price and good service
The technician was a good ambassador for Zerorez. He was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable about his products. Several dark spots, most likely from the prior owner’s cat, were in our light colored rug. They were gone at the end of the cleaning session. Our rug looks brand new!

Easy to schedule, fantastic service.
Antonio was very professional and personable. He explained the processes he was using to clean our sofa and carpet and did test spots to make sure that they would work. He worked very hard and made sure that we are pleased with his work. I would highly recommend asking for him if you need to have treatment done.
