Eddie was knowledgeable and professional, but personable and friendly. He reviewed the process with me and informed me on the types of fibers and backing that can or cannot be wet washed. I was very impressed and appreciative of his expertise.

He took extra care where the carpet needed it and overall did a very good job, cleaned up behind himself, and said to call the office if I had any questions or concerns.
