Tech was very nice and fast service,
Jake went beyond the call of duty for cleaning the duct and utility room from lint. We had a company to inspect the dryer repair and never have clean up as part of their job description. Jake understood that.

Carter the technician was punctual, friendly, professional, and explained the processes fully, especially the options for cleaning our chair whether to use the regular cleaning or chemical cleaning.
He did an excellent job and ensured that we were satisfied with the results. He was very neat and ensured that we understood the safety precautions about drying times and transferring from carpet to hard surfaces.
