Promt and well done

After several years of using Zerorez, I won't recommend them any longer. The technician seemed to do a good job, but when it dried, traffic areas were still just as evident, not cleaned at all.I left a good review for the technician, but should have waited until it dried. Maybe it's in the steam used , but how? I will not use Zerorez again.

Technician kept me informed. Excellent technician. Only problem he called be back and stated he could not leave until he received payment. Zerorez should inform the technician ahead of time so techs are demanding payment if payment info has already been collected from customer. Also I would love for zerorez to offer grout cleaning only. Very expensive tile cleaning when i only need and want grout cleaning.

Harrison was very knowledgeable in explaining services and products that are good for my carpets as well as tile.
He was very thorough in cleaning out carpets. They look brand new!

I had a rug cleaned from a pet vomit. The stain is gone, but not the smell.
