Cleaning without all the residue
I like the idea of no residue left behind after the cleaning. What I don't like is the price. What I paid would have been a nice down payment on new frniture and rug! Be careful you don'r want to price yourself out of the value market!
The tech was wonderful. Took the time to show us what needed the most attention, what services were best for us (without needlessly upselling). He was quick, courteous and neat. Thanks so much!
It thoroughly cleans the grout. Leaves no residue behind. Technician was pleasant and very efficient.

Dell was wonderful. I was so fearful of a hyped up sales pitch that would up my quoted price, but he was a pleasant surprise. He told me I could add treatment after the cleaning to get closer to my $129 price. I could get more for my money.
He did a great job that left my 9 yr. old carpets looking better than I could have expected.
