Tech was on time. He cleaned up all the solution that spilled out onto the time. He explained what he and the chemicals were doing. He was friendly. Answered all our questions. Carpet came out very clean and fresh smelling.

Excess water from hoses on my floor. He did mop the floor up. But after doing so, I had to re mop the floor because the water left a film on the floor.

The guy that came to clean our carpets did a very thorough job and really scrubbed to get the carpets cleaned. He worked extra hard and did a good job.
