The tech was polite and knew his job. The cleaning process was effective.
I had arranged to have the tile cleaned and 1 5x8 rug, 1, 4x6 oval rug, 2 2x3 rugs and 2 small fabric benches. The tile measured at 2100 sq feet. I do not have much to be moved around etc in the home. It took him 9 1/2 hours to complete this job. I have used Zero Rez many times and I have never had it take this long. He arrived at 8:50 am and left 6:20 pm. Some spots were missed such as behind doors and the tile seems to still be dirty in some areas. Especially as you look at areas that were done much later in the job. If this would have been my first experience I am not sure I would be back. I was not anticipating it taking this long and it threw my entire day and evening off. I had to cancel appointments etc. so I could stay home. I did call and arrange to have another trip to correct some of the missed spots, but I wanted this done before the Thanksgiving holiday. The only availability was Thanksgiving week and I have family at my house and do not want tile cleaners in my house during that time.
The technician was extremely nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, just very slow and seemed to have a difficult time keeping up with the pace of the work.
The Tech that came to the house was very professional and did a great job. He even got stains out that I did not think could be cleaned. Very satisfied.
Dryer duct cleaning
I have used Zerorez for years because of the great job they do and how great my carpet looks after. The people are vey professional and knowledgeable of their products. Jacob did my carpet this time and he is the best. I recommend Zerorez to family and friends

I paid over $600 to get a sectional sofa and chair cleaned to remove stinky smell from the fabric and it DID NOT REMOVE the smell. After the coach dried post treatment, the smell is back and no one has sat or used the coach so I feel like I was paid for service that either did not work or is a fraud to begin with. Waste of money.
Jacob did an excellent job. Showed up on time. My carpet looks brand new. Best job ever.

This was the first time we used Zerorez. The process was simple and not super noisy like some companies. The tech was very knowledgeable and did a good job. Although the end result was not what I had hoped for, once I called the company to advise of the issue they set up an appointment for a "redo".
Tech came out and cleaned my couch, was very friendly, on time, professional & communicative.
I was very happy with the service that was provided!
