Great tech
Zerorez should be paying their workmen enough that a "tip" should not be necessary upon completion of their work much less suggested on the invoice. Their work was thorough and they were professional enough, but I did not think their work was so outstanding that I wanted to reward them above and beyond their normal pay. (I did extensive preparation for them, removing most of the furniture that would be in their way.) Yet the two men seemed a little hurt when they received verification of my payment with no tip. If they are working for tips and I failed to give them one, can I trust them to do a thorough job next time?
I’ve used Zerorez for many years and only trust them to clean my carpet. On the most recent visit, my technician Mitch was fantastic to work with. He was friendly and professional and did a thorough job cleaning my old carpet. My house feels fresh and ready for the holidays! Thank you!

I like that our technician (Corey) explained the process, listened to what I had to say also when he was through cleaning our couch and ottoman, I went around and smelled everything asked him to retreat a few areas again. One of my carpets was ruined and 2 other carpets were poorly done. I contacted the manager and we kept playing phone tag. I emailed pictures and never received a response on those. I requested a refund for everything except for the chairs and have not received that either. Now Thanksgiving is a couple days away and I will be entertaining guests and family and I can tell them and show them what zerorez did. What to do to make it right? Refund my money back to the credit card I originally used ASAP.

Harrison was amazing and really went the extra effort to clean my carpets. He left no spot untouched! Highly recommend!
Our cleaner was very nice but never took off his shoes or wore covers. I noticed he has very large feet so maybe they were out of his size as most everything has changed in last few years. There were dark edges in our master. I had vacuum edges next to baseboards in every other room before he got here to make it easy for him but he didn’t notice them in master bedroom. The couch had a stain on the side closest to the kitchen that I could see sitting across from that end. Also the carpets were still wet 7-8 hrs later. In the past, they were dry within 4-5 hrs.
Just not like previous Zerorez experiences.
