Zerorez has cleaned our carpets for many years. Needless to say, I like everything about Zerorez from making an appointment (with Claire), to the technitions who actually do the service.…they are kind, helpful, respectful and knowledgeable about their work!! I also think their prices are fair. The carpets always look so great when they are finished cleaning.

The company was great to work with from the person I spoke to on the phone to the person who came out to do the work. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Very nice technician. Did a good job on carpet cleaning. Unfortunately one area did not get resolved but is high traffic. Only compliant is that, at some point, he dragged the hose thru the mulched area at front door and it was everywhere when he left.
