They cleaned the tiles with no smell.

There was some drops of blood on the bedroom carpet and they didn't completely come out. We thought they did, but showed up again when the carpet dried. Also.....there is a "sippy cup" stain on the sofa that would not come out. I would actually like to have someone come back and try to remove the blood again.

The technician did what they said hewould. He was very nice and the old stains came out.

Dries quickly and stays clean for a long time, not like some that seem clean at first then seem to attract dirt, like the carpet has a sticky residue. Your technicians are always prompt, courteous and do a great job. My carpet looks great after they are cleaned. Unfortunately, my husband spilled coffee on our bedroom carpet the day before cleaning. While the stain disappeared when cleaned, it came back when the carpet dried.

Reason we had the clean was dominant dog odor. Realtors are still getting complaints about dog smells. Please advise on what we can do short of complete rip out of carpet. Thanks for your help.
