The initial phone call was professional and she gave me all the detailed info that I asked for in our conversation. She set me an appointment and he was there on time. In fact he left me a message while I was out and said he was ahead of schedule and would like to come earlier! It was very nice that he called me prior to my appointment and said he was 30 minutes away and would be at my home shortly. When he arrived I showed him around the house with major concern about a hot chocolate stain in a bedroom. Then he proceeded with cleaning and was so amazed how fast and soPhone number removed clean my carpet (light beige) looked after those dark traffic stains. I would VERY MUCH recommend....my business profession is a hospitality concierge communicating with the public everyday. Word of mouth is the best advertising!

The rep was on time, courteous, and clean. He took the time to listen to my concerns and address them properly. He explained the process and also did not try to overcharge or upsell stuff I didn't need. That happened last time I I hired a carpet company. They totally ripped me off and did not do half as good of a job as Zerorez did.

Reduce your prices

I had my sofa cleaned a few weeks ago and it did not look much better. Dawn called and sent Dell out at no charge to correct the situation. The 11 year old sofa looks close to new! Thank you.
