Our technician did a very good job of explaining the services he was performing and he was very knowledgeable about carpet and tile cleaning. He did a thorough job of cleaning the different areas. He made sure we knew how to care for it as it was drying. Also, he was right on time.

Eric was unbelievably polite, professional and thorough. We had been using Chemdry and our pet stains kept coming back after 2 weeks. It is still yet to be determined, but early indications are that Zerorez will perform much better based on the treatment they used. Its nice to hear an employee speak so highly of the owners of the company too. Refreshing to say the least.
Mitch is a good person! Very helpful, helps me move some items so the carpet under item can be cleaned. Nice guy, goes the extra step in cleaning, he in and out fast, I like that. He is aware of my animals, he does not upset them. He is the reason I use your service, no Mitch, no customer....

Carpet cleaners are very prompt and courteous. They explain all services but are not pushy like some we've had from different cleaners. I love the lack of residue left in the carpet so the carpet stays cleaner, longer. Zerorez is the best!

Your first cleaning was exceptional, your second cleaning was spotty.
your tech Brad was VERY FAST. He skipped a lot of areas under the desks
and beside the desks. He completed the job in 2 hours 55 minutes.
the first cleaning took two people around 3 hours and one tech left after 1 1/2 hours to do another job. That makes this job about 4 to 4-1/2 hours long
if done correctly. How do you make things right?
1) Do Not send Brad back to clean our carpets.
2) Your Invoice is $ 720.00 divided by 4 = $ 180.00 Brad worked 3 hours =
$ 540.00 You should reduce the next cleaning bill by $ 180.00
3) Do an Exceptional job on the rest of your cleanings.
I like that Zerorez doesn't use detergents to clean carpets . We just had our carpets cleaned and they look great.
The technician (Robert) called to let us know he was on his way. Upon his arrival he asked what areas we wanted cleaned, if there were problem areas we were concerned about . After a quick inspection of the areas to be cleaned he got right to work. He was finished quickly and asked me to look at the areas he cleaned to make sure I was satisfied. He did a great job and was courteous, kind and informative about services available.
Your company is accommodating, Your service representative was on time and very polite. He did a super job on the carpet. I am happy with the results.
