Reduce your prices
I had my sofa cleaned a few weeks ago and it did not look much better. Dawn called and sent Dell out at no charge to correct the situation. The 11 year old sofa looks close to new! Thank you.

Professional, responsive, and timely. Carpet is soft and clean just like it was when new. One minor glitch that was solved immediately without additional charge. Will use them again when needed.
