I know that the car was filthy it took them less than a half hour to clean and when dried it still look dirty charge too much for my carpet to not smell or look clean

I think everything went well. Although the technician explained prior to cleaning the carpets that some of the areas may not clean up well, I was expecting a little better results. The scheduling person and technician was professional and did their respective jobs well.

Your service is easy to use and on time. I have always been very happy with the results. I have tried other services in the past and was not very happy with the results, don't waste your time and money. I have dogs and cats and kids, they make my floors look like all I do is clean!
