I am not used to Zerorez doing so much "upselling". The tech did a nice job for me though as they always do...However, I felt that the Company philosophy might be changing though with all the push to add services. What happened to spot treatment being included? Why would you clean carpet if there was not a spot?! :)

The reason I love Zerorez is because the Service Technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable. We love the waterless system which helps the carpets and furniture dry quickly. We are so very happy with how everything looks afterwards.
