Zerorez service people are very helpful and knowledgeable in keeping our carpets in good shape, in spite of the hard use we give our carpeted areas because of a wheelchair.
Carpet cleaning leaves no residue. It feels clean and the carpet fibers lifted well with the unique cleaning process. Zerorez is m first choice for my home or business cleaning.

Professionalism... From the appointment to the actual carpet cleaning. Plus everyone who has come to the house has been extremely courteous.
Technician was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable about cleaning products being used, and was very careful about wiping up dirt/water/footprints in areas around where the rug was being cleaned. He also took time to provide an estimate for grout cleaning. Would use Zerorez again in the future.
