Tech was nice and professional. Really got the carpet cleaned and blended even with extremely worn area adjoining a covered area.

The technician, Robert was on time, called ahead to verify the appointment, and carefully explained the work to be done. He explained options, and once the work to be accomplished was verified, did an outstanding job cleaning the carpets. He was polite and very conscientious about the protection of our home and wore foot protection, as well. I would highly recommend Robert and Zerorez in the future.

Increased the price by .20 per sf. After quoted differently. Didn't like the way the tech acted as if he didn't want to do the job. There was a flood and residue was on the floor. The equipment did the job and the end results were nice. I would recomend the work. It don't trust the quote.

My carpets were pretty dirty (I have 2 small kids and pets.) After cleaning, the carpets looked and smelled wonderful. The technician was prompt, thorough, and polite.
Great job on carpets. We have high gloss tile so there was a film on the shine after but i kept taking a mop with water over and over until I got the residue off. A lot of after work but happy overall. I probably should not of had to do that but it needed to be done!
