We have had you clean our carpets 3x. Our tech, Matt, is very knowledgeable and professional. He was very thorough and spent time ensuring our 15 year old Berber carpets were as clean as possible.

The technicians were great. We had grit on our tile floor after flooding from Irma. I still feel residue on the floor after treatment.

Promptness and over the phone quotes. Was quoted $250 over the phone only to be charged $300 when technicians arrived.
The person was here for an hour and 10 minutes of it he was talking. There are streaks that look like he went over the surface once and didn't even try to clean deeper. When I mentioned how bad it looked he stayed longer in the last room but never went back to go over the first room or the second room.
I would like someone to come see the job he did.

The technician was a great kid. He took a lot of pride in his work and he did a fabulous job. The carpets looked really good when he was finished.
Ben was extremely kind and helpful. We felt very comfortable with him and how he took the time to explain to us how the whole process works. Our carpet feels and look so much cleaner!
