Professional techs and natural products

My tech did a great job.

The technicians are great!. They are very service oriented. I also like the fact that the carpet cleaning is pet friendly and odor free.

Your cleaning representative representative continually mentioned certain parts of the rug stains could not be cleaned. The rugs looked like they were never cleaned-those spots, still looks very bad.

Representative dragged hose throughout the house leaving stain marks on the tiles out side every room he cleaned. These cleaning chemicals needed to be clean several times.

He never cleaned the spots or ever mentioned them to me.

After paying $129 I'm totally dissatisfied with the work and will probably seek out another company in the future.

The most you can do to make things right is to return some portion of the money, as a remedy for the clean up following the mess he made on the tiles.

Technician was very professional, customer service oriented.... wanted to see how much difference he could make in cleaning the carpet and tile versus the status quo and would do whatever I asked with an eager response

over all it was a good job. but when my wife and I went to go and look at the job. we noticed a red spot in the dinning room. guest bedroom, master bedroom, hall way had several ares that needed to be touched up.And we think gum in the living room. we called back for you guys to touch up. they took note and said no problem that they would come back. but then tech guy called me and demanded for me to be there. I told him I was not going to be able to. He was very upset. then he called again. my wife answered and he was very rude and said he couldn't find any spots to touch up and my wife said ok. then he called 3 minutes later and said that he had done it all already. in 3 minutes? I will be going out this morning to look at it.
