Every thing. Service was timely and efficient.
This is the first time in many years using Zerorez/ I liked the idea that the carpet was not soaking wet after it was cleaned, and it dried in a timely manner.
There are deep marks on both ends where it was hung! The one end looks like it could be steamed up but the other end looks like the yarn is missing!
We were quoted $288 but were charged an extra $100 to treat stains. I did not expect this and thought it was too much.
Will definitely use again, good service, good product, nice people !!!!

Zerorez cleaned the headliner in our motorhome and removed water stains. This time you did our rugs and two couches. Tech was on time and did a great job. We will use Zerorez for all our cleaning needs in the future.

Well cleaned rugs.
Professional in every sense of the meaning. Fully explains the cleaning process of removal of stains including pet stains, wine etc. The results were the carpet looks brand new, and was able to remove over 94% of pet stains and what remained was barely visible. All other stains were removed. Upon completion all rooms were left with a clean smell and with 30 mins all carpets were dry. This is an awesome company and the expense for carpet cleaning was worth every penny. NO other company has ever came close to the cleaning results that ZEROREZ rendered.

They looked good when the tech left. We had treatment for dog urine. The odor is still there. Added the scotch guard, The carpet looks the same. I had to use my own machine in one spot where the dog urine was bad. I couldn't believe how dirty the water was. I didn't mind the expense. But, for the work of your product. Extremely expensive for no results. Never will use or again. My neighbors asked me how I liked your company. Told them very expensive and product non useful. We don't feel as if our carpets are even clean. Extremely disappointed.
