Very expensive. I expected more for the money I guess. Yes, the furniture is clean. Yes the area rugs are clean. I don't feel they are any more or less clean than they would be with any other company at half the price.

The tech was very efficient, we reviewed the areas to be cleaned, he explained what he would be doing and got all the spots out. We liked that there was no odor to the product. It's the best carpet cleaning we've had. No more Stanley Steamer.

Thorough cleaning even on stubborn stains

I started to do this survey, but before I finished it, I thought I would try to get rid of the stains that you couldn't get out myself. There was one stain in particular... an old coffee stain. I was told it wouldn't come out, and I understood that it probably would not. BUT, then I got going on it myself and it is gone. I cleaned all of the other pillow covers as well. It took me all day, but I did remove the stains. All this time, I could have just done it myself!

Also, I just had a look at the back of the 2nd sofa, and it doesn't look like it was done because it still has cat hair on the fabric behind the sofa.
