The technician was thorough in explaining what was going to be done, got right to it after checking out each room, not wasting any time; said what the cost of each item would be; answered questions I had about some of the other services; and the rooms smelled so nice. Cost effective, professional service and well done

I had a sofa and love seat cleaned. The technician was very nice which is why I gave one star. Otherwise I was really disappointed with the end result. The technician didn’t even touch the bottom of the cushions and the back of the sofa. He did however clean those areas on the loveseat. I only noticed that these areas were missed after the technician left. I then inspected the rest of the areas and found multiple spots that still appeared dirty. I immediately called to express my disappointment and was told that the technician that came out was relatively new which could be why he didn’t do a good job. She then said she can call him and send him right back over. I asked if someone with more experience can come out or assist him to help him improve. The lady said she needed to check the schedule and that they were booked up so she wasn’t sure how quickly someone else could come out. She told me she’d call me back after she looks at the schedule. About 30-40 minutes later, the original technician came back, without a phone call. He was very apologetic and eager to fix what was wrong. I showed him which areas he missed and the stains that didn’t come out. He went over them again but some of the spots still remained so I pointed those out again. He went at it again and was able to get out a majority of the stains. Now that everything has dried, I’m still seeing some areas of staining. I know that everything won’t come out but I was really expecting a better outcome for the price and definitely not worth the hassle and aggravation.

The carpets turned out great--clean, smelled great, not crunchy or stiff like some other carpet cleaning companies. The gentleman who cleaned the carpets was polite and explained everything thoroughly. He worked really hard to get the stubborn pet stains out of our carpets!
