I am unsure of the products but the team that came here was very professional and I felt comfortable with them. No lies (at least that I could tell this far) and got me what I felt was the best deal they could. I know I can get cheaper deals but they seemed to have focused on what I wanted most. I will tell in the next few days. You all will be recommended for sure.

I had to use a toothbrush to get several spots that were still dirty. It looked much better after you cleaned it but you could also see under the stove where the machine did not reach.

Zerorez was recommended by a coworker of my wife's saying if you're doing carpet cleaning to stay in your home then you want to use Zerorez. I think mainly she emphasized that soap residue wouldn't be left in the carpet. The condo we bought had some dirty carpet and a few stains and after the cleaning I really can't see anything on the carpet. So I would highly recommend their service. Sure it costs more but I think you're getting what you pay for!

I appreciate the powder cleaner you usually leave after each trip. I didn't get any this time - so disappointed.

Last time we had an amazing rep who took the time to make sure everything was done correctly this time he was missing supplies so we could not get the shower cleaned and my husband had to inspect the edges as he just did the middle of the bathroom. Would still use u again but would like a different rep.

My carpets look the same as they did before they were cleaned. They are 1 year old. I am very disappointed!
