On time service professional who had a wealth of knowledge of different options. The provider was in and out and the carpets look absolutely amazing and smell great! Will use again and again for rugs, carpets, and even tile cleaning. The company seems to have values and standards that are hard to find in companies nowadays. Plus, the lady on the phone was extremely helpful and polite whenever I called in!

Great communication! My technician explained what results I might have - that is, what items would clean up better than others. Actually, my expectations were exceeded! I also happened to get an appointment quickly. I figured it would be at least four days (bec. of when I called), but I had an appointment for the following day. I enjoyed my experience with Zerorez and will use the company again.

The best is how clean and soft the carpets are after your treatment. The worker was fast, polite, and did not interfere with our life too much.
Zerorez does a great job. I have 2 large dogs and you always get the stains and dog smells out.

I was hoping for my carpet to look cleaner but I really didn't expect it to look as good as it did. The guy was super nice, we chatted as if we were old friends. Now I must get my carpet dirty so I can use you again haha.
I like that it is a no residue scent free product which is great for an allergy sufferer and it dries so quickly.
Our Zerorez tech was prompt,polite and professional! Dale explained the process,the amount of dry time needed,was also very efficient and neat! He cleaned rooms as well as area rugs on wood flooring and was extra careful to wipe up any residue!Felt like a bit pricey,but it had been awhile since hiring carpet cleaner so may have had a bit of "sticker shock"! Dale worked with us and I feel confident we got a good deal,especially seeing the results the next day! We like the concept of low residue left in carpet,Dale did a great job!Would recommend!
