Your employees and how clean my carpet gets
The Carpet Cleaner Tech was very polite, thorough and knew his job. Amazingly focused and attentive to our needs.
All natural and pet safe.
The men were polite, efficient, and thorough in their work. The carpets sparkle!
The tiles looked much cleaner, but we were a bit disappointed in the completion, as there were some places where their cleaning fluid did not do its job up to par. Some edges and corners did not dry to be truly sparkling.
The master bath had areas of less than clean looking grout.
On the whole, most areas were fine.
The carpets are beautifully cleaned and customer service is excellent!

Pricing is out of control. Wanted to get carpets and tile cleaned and you ask waaaaaaay to much for tile. $3.5 per stair is also rediculous.

My technician was ontime, professional, courteous and did a fantastic job. What else could I want.
The technician was very friendly, answered all questions and worked really hard to tackle our cream colored sofa and chair. Especially appreciated that he gave us a total price before he started. The house still smells so fresh!

Zerorez is by far the best carpeting cleaning company out there. The quality of their work and the professionalism of their employees is a cut above. Highly recommend to anyone needing their services.
Unfortunately the technician did not have the solution needed to clean my leather chair so that had to be dropped from my order. He did however clean the tile in my shower to offset that even though I had not included it on my order. So not perfect, but 8 out of 10 is pretty darn good.
The technician was very knowledgeable, did his work and did it well. I believe his name was Ben.

My cleaning team went above and beyond with their service. I just moved into my home and because my tile floor had a sealant on it which I did not know, they had to remove the sealant as well as clean the tile floor. It took extra time and equipment but the team did it all with a smile on their faces. Extraordinary team!
Carpets look great - they had been badly abused by a crazy tenant and look much better and our tach was very nice and helpful.
